To a certain extent the location is good - close to Gare Lille Flandres and reasonably close to Lille Europe and intercity bus services. Not too far (12-15 minutes walking from downtown). A bit far from places such as the Citadel or the University - bus stations are not very close. The vicinity gets dirty in the evenings and morning and some shady characters are around. The hotel itself is clean, my room was decently sized, all services very convenient, internet runs great, they have a restaurant and non-stop bar services and the stuff is very good, friendly and helpful. Overall good value for the money.

We liked a lot: - the breakfast: very diverse, with a lot of options. Totally worth the pay! - the attention to waste: large bottles of shampoo, soap in the bathroom, towels changed only if on the floor, no plastic water bottles, the breakfas (jam) jars were large, with option to self-serve as much as needed, etc. - the position: we traveled by train so it was right next to train station Lille Flandres. Excellent location for us! - spacious room with fridge and coffee/tea makers - the toys, books and games in the lobby - the general atmosphere : very colorful, clean, friendly

Comfortable beds and good size room for a small family. It is on a busy street so can get slightly noisy but at night this was reduced so we slept well. Staff friendly and spoke English. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. The room is a little tired and not new, but for 2 nights not a major problem. Location is ok, maybe next time would like to be more central but close to both stations which is what we wanted!

Good, clean spacious rooms, with pull out bed to toddler. The ground floor lobby space is very great and superb if you have a little toddler, who wants to play with the games available. Also the free water fountain in the lobby and fridge in room are excellent at minimising plastic wastage. Good little bar and breakfast.

Hotel is very close to Lille Flandres station and easily walkable from Lille Europe station, so handy for Eurostar. Nice breakfast - the breads and freshly prepared fruit were particularly lovely. Whilst on the edge of the centre, the historic centre is easily walkable from the hotel.
